Adrian

The Saints and Scholars menu is truly a labor of love by Owner Amanda Stoffel. She worked for well over a year with the Gilkey Consulting Group before coming up with the menu we used for opening day in October of 2022. The process to curate a menu consisting of a mixture of somewhat traditional dishes with a more modern or American twist along with other pub favorites was not an easy one. There was A LOT of time and effort which included tasting sessions, recipe edits, reviews and changes over the year before coming up with what she felt fit the vision. Head Chef Brad White came in and added his input and additional items as well. This is an everchanging element of our new Irish Pub. Keep an eye out of new items based on customer feedback along with changes along the way to insure the best possible food experience for all guests. We are excited about what’s to come! 😊

Curated To Make Amazing Memories

The owners of Saints and Scholars Irish Pub had a vision to create a space that would bring the community together. After 2.5 years of hard work and dedication they opened their doors on October 4 th 2022. The owners of the new space are a husband and wife team Adrian Webb and Amanda Stoffel. A quote from Adrian that tells a bit more about their vision for Saints and Scholars:

Says Adrian, “We hope there will be a lot of amazing memories made here, including first dates, anniversaries, birthdays, special events, and we want to help make those memories special. At the same time, we also want people to feel this is a place where they can come in for a casual beer. The Irish are all about bringing a great light-hearted attitude to their lives. We will work to foster this positive feeling, make it a fun environment where anyone can come in not knowing anyone and leave with many new friends. The layout is designed to bring people together.”

OUR CUSTOMERS STORIES

Absolutely beautiful ambience, and really great food. I would call it elevated bar food. Potato and Leek soup with a Parmesan chip, so good. Fish and Chips and Fried Chicken Sandwich were all good. Sausage rolls were the perfect starter, so juicy and yummy. The food is excellent and I love the ambience and the beautiful decor of this place. So many beautiful and thoughtful touches everywhere. There are some great beers on tap, and a decent selection of wines, and the bartender mixes up a mean drink. It's been very crowded since it just opened but hoping to come back soon again!

Food: First time going so I can only comment on the chicken sammich... i was shocked on how good it was.. it will actually be difficult for me not to order it again when we return . I'm also a big fan of Irish whiskey and they had a solid selection. Service: Our waitress was friendly and attentive. From what I could determine the employees looked happy and working hard. Adriane the owner was walking around making sure everyone was happy. Got to chat with him for a few minutes seems like a good guy. Ambiance: Impressed on what it looked like inside. They spent the time & money and it shows. Restroom: GOLD STAR! I had my son with me (4yrs old) and when I took him to the restroom the urinal was short enough for him to reach . For some weird reason the bathroom is a factor for me when i rate a restaurant ‍. Super clean, smart design and looked nice Very happy this establishment is in our backyard. We will be back again.

Absolutely amazing. We were debating where to go tonight for our date night and our babysitter suggested this location. I peeked at the menu and decided to give it a shot. I am so incredibly glad we did. Our service was prompt and our server was genuine and kind. We were able to meet the owner, who told us their amazing story (they took on this endeavor right before covid!) and the incredible stories behind the decor inside the restaurant. The food was prepared perfectly and portions were generous. We had plenty to spare! We ordered the mussels (amazing, I could have drank the broth from the bowl), chicken sandwich (perfect amount of spice), and the bacon and blue salad (proportions were perfection). We were treated to two desserts- bread pudding and crème brûlée, both to die for. Highly recommend this spot...the valley has been waiting for a restaurant like this!

We have been waiting for Saints and Scholars to open for quite some time and man was it worth the wait! The owners, Adrian and Amanda Webb have absolutely outdone themselves! Where do I begin? The drinks...10/10. The food...10/10. The atmosphere 10/10!! This is BY FAR the nicest, most authentic, Irish Pub in not only the Snoqualmie Valley but the entire Greater Seattle area! Everyone has to check this place out! It is an absolute GEM!

Went last night. Blown away by the meticulous details throughout. Fish and chips were amazing! Great service, drinks and food. Really excited to have this restaurant in our backyard. Highly recommend checking it out. Would love to see more variations of "pie" on the menu .

We have visited the Saints and Scholars several times a week since they opened. I usually find something I like and stick with it but I have explored the menu here and haven't been disappointed yet. I started with the chicken and leek pie, then tried the grilled chicken with colcannon, the steak sandwich and tonight I had the grilled salmon. It was fabulous, tender moist inside a bit of crisp char on the outside. Start with the deep fried brussel sprouts or sausage rolls and finish with the bread pudding - add a Guinness or gin and tonic to top it all off. They are very busy in the evenings so be sure and make a reservation. The owner Adrian is very hands on and connects with the diners. He has done a superb job.
