Friday Night Flights & Bites – A Green Spot Showcase
A Three-Whiskey Flight Paired with a Trio of Irish-Inspired Bites
We’re in Week 3 of our Friday Night Flights & Bites series, and this marks the second and final week of our Green Spot feature. Each flight runs for just two weeks—so if you haven’t explored this one yet, tonight’s your last chance.
At the heart of this flight is a true icon: Green Spot Original, a Single Pot Still whiskey with a lineage unlike any other. First produced in the early 1800s by Dublin wine merchants Mitchell & Son, it’s the longest continuously produced Single Pot Still whiskey in Ireland—a living link to the country’s whiskey-making legacy. Once available only to a select few in Dublin, Green Spot has become a global favorite, still remarkably true to its origins.
Tonight’s flight features this legendary original alongside two rare wine cask finishes, offering a tasting experience that bridges centuries of tradition with modern innovation.
Special Price: $14 (normally $19 for the flight alone!)
