With over 100 Irish whiskeys behind our bar, we take pride in offering a collection that tells Ireland’s story—its landscapes, its traditions, and its people. Some bottles are rare, no longer in production, while others are beloved classics enjoyed for generations. From small-batch distilleries using single-estate Irish barley to heritage brands with centuries of history, each whiskey represents a piece of Ireland’s legacy.

While Irish whiskey is known for its signature smoothness, no two are alike. Barrel aging, grain selection, and blending techniques shape the final character. Most whiskeys rest in bourbon and sherry casks, developing rich layers of vanilla, caramel, dried fruit, and spice. Others are finished in rum, port, wine, or even tequila barrels, adding unexpected depth. The base ingredients also play a role—whether it’s a delicate single malt, a light and grain-forward blend, or Ireland’s signature single pot still whiskey, known for its full-bodied, spicy character.

As a Whiskey Wayfarer, your mission is simple: choose 10 whiskeys from 10 different counties to complete your journey. Along the way, you’ll explore new styles, regions, and aging techniques—broadening your palate one sip at a time.

Keep in mind, counties and whiskeys may change as new selections arrive and others are no longer available.

Whether you’re a seasoned whiskey drinker or just beginning your journey, this experience is all about discovery, adventure, and great whiskey.

How to Participate:

✅ Pick Up Your Trail Card – Ask a staff member for a Whiskey Trail card and provide your name, phone number, and email. Your card stays safely behind the bar.

✅ Choose Your Whiskeys – We’ve curated a selection of whiskeys from over 10 different counties for this experience. Choose your own path across Ireland’s whiskey landscape! Each selection should be unique; no county repeats or flights.

✅ Track Your Journey – A staff member will verify each unique selection by initialing your card.

✅ Complete the Trail: Experience offerings from 10 different counties to fully complete your trail card.
